Logistic Partners: Sufal Schoolwala Lifestyle Pvt. Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Sufal Schoolwala") partners with third-party logistic service providers to facilitate product delivery to users ("Logistic Partners"). Users will receive details of the Logistic Partner responsible for the delivery of their purchased products when the handover occurs. Sufal Schoolwala may also handle product delivery directly without involving Logistic Partners.
Delivery Areas: Sufal Schoolwala aims to provide services and deliver products across India. However, delivery is currently limited to specific areas. Users are required to enter their pin-code during the order placement process to confirm if delivery is available in their location. If a user's area is not within Sufal Schoolwala's recognized delivery network, the order cannot be processed.
Shipping Address: Before making payments for product purchases, users must provide a shipping address. It is essential for users to ensure that the provided information is correct, complete, and accurate, including sufficient landmarks to aid in address identification. Sufal Schoolwala will not be liable for any delivery failures resulting from inaccurate user-provided information.
Delivery Attempts: Sufal Schoolwala will make a maximum of three delivery attempts for purchased products. If the user remains unavailable after three attempts, Sufal Schoolwala reserves the right to cancel the order at its discretion.
Delivery Delays: Delivery may be delayed due to various reasons beyond Sufal Schoolwala's control, including logistical issues, adverse weather conditions, political disruptions, acts of God, and unforeseen circumstances. In the event of delays, Sufal Schoolwala will attempt to proactively inform users via their registered email or mobile number. Sufal Schoolwala is not liable for any mental distress or claims arising from delivery delays.
Behavior Of Delivery Personnel:Sufal Schoolwala conducts due diligence to ensure the professionalism and integrity of its delivery executives and Logistic Partners' employees. However, Sufal Schoolwala cannot control the behavior of these individuals. Any issues arising from interactions between users and Sufal Schoolwala's delivery personnel or Logistic Partners' employees must be resolved by the user independently.
Order Tracking: Upon successful order placement and handover of products to the Logistic Partner, users will receive a unique tracking identity number. Users can use this number to track the delivery status and estimated delivery time through the Sufal Schoolwala Platforms or the Logistic Partner's website or mobile application. While Sufal Schoolwala aims to provide timely updates, it does not guarantee the accuracy of tracking information due to real-time updates and technical factors.
Shipping Charges: Sufal Schoolwala reserves the right to charge shipping fees for products below a specified value or for orders paid by cash on delivery or other online payment methods. These charges are non-refundable, except in the case of product defects recognized by Sufal Schoolwala after due verification. Title and risk for all products pass to the user upon delivery.
Return And Exchange: Return and exchange of purchased products will be managed by Sufal Schoolwala's reverse-logistics partners or its delivery executives. Details regarding the return and refund process can be found in the Return and Refund Policy.
Shipping And Delivery Charges: Sufal Schoolwala may charge shipping and delivery fees based on the order value. Users acknowledge that Sufal Schoolwala is authorized to collect these fees on behalf of the Logistic Partner. If shipping fees were charged and the product is returned or canceled, Sufal Schoolwala will proportionately refund the shipping fees. Users also accept that title and risk for all ordered products pass to them upon delivery.
